Booking Process
Fill out the google booking form by clicking a book now button. Be sure to check out the available add-ons and include them on the booking form!
After you fill out the form, we will reach out with more questions or an invoice. Once the invoice is sent and paid, your set up is reserved! We do require full payment in order to have your date reserved.
Day Of
We come to you and set up at the agreed upon set up location and will have it prepped and ready to go before the agreed upon time. It can be set up inside or outside or even at a park or hotel of your choosing!
Indoor + Outdoor set ups happen April 1-October 31
Indoor Only November 1-March31
We do ask that if the weather isn't looking great, you have a back up plan for an inside location or other covered gazebo ready to go or we will need to reschedule. We do also have a 10ftx10ft pop up canopy that can be reserved for an additional cost if it isn't high rain and wind.
Pick Up
Our proposal set up rental has a 2 hour time limit if set up outside. If you don't need the whole time frame, just let us know and we'll come pick it up early. Additional hours can be added on for +$25 per hour.
FAQ
Where are you located?
We are based out of downtown Rockford, Michigan and do not offer out of state delivery or mailed set ups.
How far in advance do I need to book the set up?
The sooner you book, the better chance you have of getting your desired date. We suggest having at least 1 month notice.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, it is based on set up location.
Location Suggestions?
We love setting up at Leslie E. Tassell Park!
A couple other beautiful parks in the delivery area include, Riverside Park, Johnson Park, Millennium Park, Lookout Park (perfect for sunset but is busy), Grand Ravines Park, Lamar Park. We can also set up in your home or in a hotel room that has the required space (about 7ft by 7ft).
What if it rains?
If rain is in the forecast, you will need to provide us with an alternative set up location, reschedule, or can cancel and receive a 75% refund. If the weather isn't looking great we will reach out a couple days prior to find out how you would like to proceed! We do have a pop up canopy available to rent but if it's going to be a hard down pour and high winds we will not set up. For alternative set up locations we suggest looking into local parks that have a gazebo with picnic tables that can be moved out of the way.
Things to Keep In Mind + Policies:
-We cannot set up at Rosy Mound or other areas that require excessive hiking/stairs.
-Parks, Beaches, Venues that require a parking payment and/or isn't covered with the Michigan Recreational Pass will be charged extra at booking or will be taken out of the security deposit.
-Renters are responsible for acquiring set up permission at the desired location.
-We highly suggest having a friend meet us to show us where to set up and/or handle the ring/watch the set up so it isn't left unattended!
Do you provide Champagne and/or fresh flowers?
We cannot legal sell/provide champagne so we suggest sending that with someone at set up. Fresh flowers such as adding roses can be quoted out and provided if you would like!

Picnic Tent Style

-Large indoor/outdoor rug for outside set ups
-Picnic Tent with white beaded canopy + twinkle lights (space required is 8ftx10ft)
-2 rattan beach lounge chairs or assorted floor cushions + pillows
-Optional "Together" sign on stand or marry me marquee letters
-Other small assorted decor
-2 champagne glasses (add full place settings for +$10)
