Booking Process

Fill out the google booking form by clicking a book now button. Be sure to check out the available add-ons and include them on the booking form!


After you fill out the form, we will reach out with more questions, price quote or invoice. Once the invoice is sent and paid, your set up is reserved! We do require half payment in order to have your date reserved.

Day Of

We come to you and set up at the agreed upon set up location and will have it prepped and ready to go before the agreed upon time. It can be set up inside or outside or even at a park or hotel of your choosing! 

Indoor + Outdoor set ups happen April 1-October 31

Indoor Only November 1-March31

*(may vary slightly depending on weather)*

We do ask that if the weather isn't looking great, you have a back up plan for an inside location or other covered gazebo ready to go or we will need to reschedule. We do also have a 10ftx10ft pop up canopy that can be reserved for an additional cost if it isn't high rain and wind. Please do not leave any items unattended in public places, you are responsible for all items during your rental period.


Pick Up

If set up outside, we will need to arrange for pick up at least 35 min before dark. If you have it set up inside, it can be an overnight rental if you would like and if our schedule allows. 


Where are you located?

We are located in downtown Rockford, MI and do not offer out of state delivery or mailed set ups.

How far in advance do I need to book? 

The sooner you book, the better chance you have of getting your desired date. We will need time to source/prep many items so we will need at least a 2 weeks notice with a confirmed headcount.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, the delivery fee will be based off the party address provided.

Things to Keep In Mind + Policies:

-Minimum 4 stations required or a party minimum of $300

-All items, except for the terrariums created by your guests, are rental items and need to be treated with care and returned in the same condition they came in.

-Renters are responsible for acquiring set up permission at the desired location.

-If you need to cancel, 50% of party total will be non-refundable. You do have the option to reschedule.


Do you provide Champagne/Alcohol and/or fresh flowers?

We cannot legal sell/provide champagne so we suggest sending that with someone at set up. Fresh flowers can be quoted out and provided if you would like!

Location Suggestions?

Your home! But we can also set up in public parks or hotel suites! Please call the hotel ahead of time to confirm that it will be okay and/or that there is enough room. (Each table top is 4ftx3ft and seats 4.)


Park suggestions: Leslie E. Tassell Park! A couple other beautiful parks in the delivery area include, Riverside Park, Johnson Park, Millennium Park, Lookout Park (perfect for sunset but is busy), Grand Ravines Park, Lamar Park. 

Things To consider if planning on setting up at a park:

-We cannot set up at areas that require excessive hiking/stairs.

-Parks, Beaches, Venues that require a parking payment and/or isn't covered with the Michigan Recreational Pass will be charged extra at booking or will be taken out of the deposit.

What if the set up is planned for outdoors and it rains?

If rain is in the forecast, you will need to provide us with an alternative set up location, reschedule, or can cancel and receive a 50% refund. If the weather isn't looking great we will reach out a couple days prior to find out how you would like to proceed! We do have a pop up canopy available to rent but if it's going to be a hard down pour and high winds we will not set up. For alternative set up locations outdoors we suggest looking into local parks that have a gazebo with picnic tables that can be moved out of the way or existing tables that we can set up at.

(6 person minimum or $300+ party total)

kraft paper table runner + table decor

use of stand with signage

Each Station Includes:
plastic globe terrarium (or glass terrarium for upgraded fee) 
4 tools 

**Required security deposit on all parties, that will be based on items rented and will be returned within 2-3 days of the party if there are no damaged or missing rental items. If you need to cancel, 50% of your party total will be non-refundable. You do have the option to reschedule.
