Our party picnic tables create a fun environment for kids to explore, connect and grow. All you have to do is pick up the food and drinks and we handle the rest! We supply all the place settings + decor and handle the set up + collection. Making it easy for you to have a stunning party without all the hassle and party planning.

Booking Process

Fill out the google booking form and we will reach out with a party balance invoice + security deposit invoice and/or any questions. Once both invoices are paid, your party is reserved! Our picnic parties are paid 50% at time of booking and 50% after we confirm headcount + changes about one week prior to your party.

Indoor Only April 15-November 1

Indoor + Outdoor (Deck/Patio/Pavilion/Sand a.k.a. No Grass) April 15-June 1

Indoor + Outdoor June 1-October 31

 

Pick Up

2 hour rental time, add on additional hours for +$50 per hour

Things To Keep In Mind

-Food and drink is not provided/included

-The renter is responsible for acquiring permission from a hotel or private property prior to set up!  

-We do also ask that if there is high winds in the weather, that you have a back up plan for an inside location ready to go or we will need to reschedule.

Pricing:
$37 per person
(minimum 4 people, maximum 40 people)

Time Frame:

Set Up Location/Conditions:
-Set Up on Grass, Sand, Deck, Cement in good weather, no high winds or chance of rain. (Can be set up inside! or under the tent if rain is in the forecast) (See above for indoor/outdoor set up schedule)

Rental Includes:
-Set up, Collection, Cleaning *gratuity not include*
-low profile table(s)
-Large indoor/outdoor rug for outside set ups (with a tarp underneath)
-Your choice of theme (*we may not be able to accommodate all themes*)
-Disposable plate, napkin, fork + spoon, and plastic milk jug style glass with paper straw (cup is a rental) 
-Your choice of cake stand or cupcake stand
-Short white canvas teepee with short balloon garland 
-Use of pop up white canopy tent (in the event that rain is in the forecast) 

**Required security deposit on all parties, that will be based on items rented and will be returned within 2-3 days of the party if there are no damaged or missing rental items. If you need to cancel, $50 of the security deposit is non-refundable.**
