Our adult luxury rental picnics create the perfect environment to connect with a spouse or with a whole group of friends. We provide, set up, and collect all the decor and place settings. Making it easy for you to have a stunning event without all the work. (We are located in Rockford, MI and do not deliver outside of MI or ship our set ups.)

Set Up Schedule:
Indoor Only November 1-April 15
Indoor + Outdoor Deck/Patio/Pavilion/Sand (No Grass) April 15-June 1
Indoor + Outdoor set ups June 1-October 31

Spice up date night, pop the question, or have a special parent child night. Our picnics for two are the perfect way to spend time with someone you love and we have multiple different set up options and add-ons so you can mix and match and plan the perfect evening for 2!
group picnics
We have the capacity to accommodate between 4 and 40 guests (utilizing our mixed style seating of low + high top tables) making this the perfect rental for a chill backyard night with friends all the way up to a micro wedding reception, bridal shower, baby shower or bachelorette party.
Pricing:
$39 per person
(minimum 4 people, maximum 40 people)
Delivery extra, based on location
Time Frame:
2 hour rental
Additional hours can be added for +$50 per hour
Set Up Location/Conditions:
-Set Up on Grass, Sand, Deck, Cement in good weather, no high winds or chance of rain. (Can be set up inside! or under a tent if rain is in the forecast)
Rental Includes:
-Set up, Collection, Cleaning *gratuity not include*
-table(s) (low profile or high top style)
-Large indoor/outdoor rug for outside set ups (with a tarp underneath)
-Your choice of pillow case accent color(s), table runner, and centerpieces
-Cup, plate, cloth napkins, disposable gold silverware ($2 per person upgrade fee for real silverware)
-Ice bucket (gold or silver)
-Your choice of cake stand or cupcake stand
-Use of pop up white canopy tent in the event that rain is in the forecast
**Required security deposit on all parties, that will be based on items rented and will be returned within 2-3 days of the party if there are no damaged or missing rental items. If you need to cancel, $50 of the security deposit is non-refundable.**
*all items are rented and will need to be returned in the same condition*
* The renter is responsible for getting permission to set up at chosen location*
